In a unexpected partnership that defies traditional predictions, Ubisoft has revealed an digital partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected Thanksgiving event continues from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary bonus story content for Shadows players.

Strange Questline Uncovered

According to the official announcement, "An unusual meeting leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where whispers of forbidden rituals and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The narrative presents a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a clandestine cult.

The adventure focuses on "bizarre trials and a fearsome enemy" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Iconic Settings and Transformations

The trailer highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview ends with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the captive, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
